Return & Exchange Policy 

At RSTAUTO, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:


1. Return Conditions
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
  • We do not accept returns for parts that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper use.

2. Return Process
  • Customers must contact us via email or phone within the return period to initiate a return request.
  • Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product sent).

3. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed within the same 14-day return window, provided the product is in original condition.
  • For defective or damaged products during shipping, we will replace the item free of charge and cover shipping costs.

4. Refunds
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected to meet return criteria, a refund will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping fees or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault.

5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Auto parts that have been installed or modified.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or discounts (if specified).
  • Items damaged or misused after purchase.
